How do I connect my bank account?
You can connect your bank account securely through our Plaid integration in the dashboard. Go to 'Accounts' and click 'Link Account'.
Is my financial data secure?
We use encrypted connections (TLS) between your browser and our servers, and bank-linking is handled through Plaid's read-only connection flow rather than asking you to enter credentials directly into Sumyfi. As we grow, we'll keep investing in security best practices.
Can I export my data?
Import and export tools are currently in testing. Soon you'll be able to export and import data like transactions and budgets from your dashboard.
How does the Sumyfi Score work?
The Sumyfi Score analyzes your spending habits, savings rate, debt-to-income ratio, and financial goals to provide a simple financial health score from 0-100.
