Sumyfi Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility and approval

You must maintain a valid Sumyfi account and submit accurate affiliate application details, including a payout method and at least one active public social profile. Submission does not guarantee approval.

Sumyfi may approve, reject, pause, or later revoke participation based on audience fit, brand safety, legal risk, fraud signals, misleading claims, or any conduct that could harm the company or customers.

2. Affiliate code rules

Each approved affiliate receives one unique code that must remain accurate, non-misleading, and tied to the approved creator or business. Codes may not impersonate another brand, public figure, or Sumyfi team member.

Sumyfi may require a code change, suspend a code, or permanently retire a code at any time for operational, legal, or brand reasons.

3. Discounts and commissions

Approved codes are intended to provide a 10% discount on eligible Sumyfi subscriptions, including qualifying renewals, while the approved affiliate may be allocated a 10% commission on the same referred subscription revenue.

Commissions should only be treated as earned on successful subscription revenue that Sumyfi actually collects and keeps after refunds, disputes, chargebacks, tax handling, and failed payment events.

4. Payout requirements

Affiliates must keep payout details current. Sumyfi may delay or refuse payout until the affiliate completes requested onboarding, tax, identity, or compliance steps.

If payout details are inaccurate, incomplete, or risky, Sumyfi may pause payment until corrected. Sumyfi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payout processors or invalid affiliate account details.

5. Promotion restrictions

Affiliates may not make false earnings claims, fake scarcity claims, deceptive pricing claims, impersonation claims, or statements that misrepresent Sumyfi features, security, banking relationships, or legal obligations.

Spam, bot amplification, fake engagement, misleading landing pages, or promotion in illegal, hateful, explicit, or abusive contexts may result in immediate suspension or removal.

6. Review cycle and termination

Affiliate participation is not guaranteed permanently. Sumyfi may re-evaluate any affiliate relationship at least once every 12 months and may also review it sooner whenever business, legal, trust, or brand conditions change.

Sumyfi may terminate, suspend, or modify the affiliate relationship immediately and without prior notice when necessary to protect customers, legal compliance, operations, or brand reputation.

7. Changes to these terms

Sumyfi may update these terms over time. Continued affiliate participation after a terms update may require acceptance of the latest version before future payouts or code use remain active.
